Child Centric Holistic Development

This Programme addresses the developmental needs of rural children. It actualizes this by building relationships with children; families and communities through sustainable initiatives in Early Child Care & Development (ECCD), Education, and Child Protection & Participation Activities.

Livehood Development

Livehood Development

Through skill based training and establishing linkages with other training institutes, we convert a pool of unskilled rural youth aged 15-24 years into a valuable resource for the community. The programme has generated livelihoods through loans provided for setting up grocery shops, cattle rearing, small electronics shops and flour mills among others.

Women Empowerment

Women Empowerment

PRIDE India believes that women in our communities should not only be socially active but economically independent as well. Two major initiatives taken with regard to empowerment of women are the formation of various Self-Help Groups (SHG's) and the initiation of the Vipula Womens Credit Co-operative Society.

Relief and Rehablitation

It continues to hold regular trainings in disaster management for its own employees and communities, as well as various other stakeholders such as government functionaries and CBO's

The PRIDE SPARSH Hospital is an ideal model of Public Private Partnership run in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra since 1997. I witnessed cleanliness, patient friendly environment and other high-quality services at the hospital better than private hospitals in the city. I congratulate the team for their tremendous effort.
