As Finance Manager-Asia Pacific, he has played a key role in expanding the base of CIMA in India through setting up new offices at various locations. Ms. Rebecca Dias holds a Master in Social Work degree from Nirmala Niketan. She displays great passion and interest in working for children. And has further enhanced her skills in these fields by working with organizations like Karunya Trust and DESIRE Society where she managed and supervised the overall handling and functioning of them. She further enhanced her skills in fundraising and resource mobilization during her tenure. Rebecca is very committed to the values she has learned and consistently keeps on enriching her skills. She is currently heading the Fundraising and Communications efforts in The PRIDE India.
