Having a Masters in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Sangeeta started her career with Foundation for Ecological Security in rural interiors of Madhya Pradesh in the year 2000. Her 17 years of experience in social sector spans across various domains such as livelihood, women empowerment, early childhood care and development, natural resource management, education and public health. Sangeeta’s innate desire to bring about social change coupled with her rich grassroot experience provides excellent strategic direction to the organization. Prior to joining PRIDE she has worked with renowned organizations such as Akansha Foundation and Bhavishya Alliance.

Mr. Dilip BhadargeChief Financial Officer

Mr. Dilip Bhadarge is a result-oriented professional in the field of management and administration of Charitable Trusts. He has expertise in legal compliance and NGO governance. His career spans over 20 years in the development sector with academic excellence as Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Financial Management.

Ms. Rebecca DiasManager – Resource Mobilisation & Communications

Ms. Rebecca Dias holds a Master in Social Work degree from Nirmala Niketan. She displays great passion and interest in working for children. And has further enhanced her skills in these fields by working with organizations like Karunya Trust and DESIRE Society where she managed and supervised the overall handling and functioning of them. She further enhanced her skills in fundraising and resource mobilization during her tenure. Rebecca is very committed to the values she has learned and consistently keeps on enriching her skills. She is currently heading the Fundraising and Communications efforts in The PRIDE India.

Umesh TandelAsst.Programme Manager

Prior to joining PRIDE Umesh was with Mukti Sadan Foundation. His 12 years of experience in the social sector and exposure in public health, livelihood and microfinance makes him the right person to overlook the programmes. Umesh is passionate about working for public health as he feels this has a larger and more sustainable impact in these communities. He was drawn to PRIDE India because of its rural focus and because he believes education and health go hand-in-hand.
