Rebecca DiasManager – Resource Mobilisation & Communications

Ms. Rebecca Dias holds a Master in Social Work degree from Nirmala Niketan. She displays great passion and interest in working for children. And has further enhanced her skills in these fields by working with organizations like Karunya Trust and DESIRE Society where she managed and supervised the overall handling and functioning of them. She further enhanced her skills in fundraising and resource mobilization during her tenure. Rebecca is very committed to the values she has learned and consistently keeps on enriching her skills. She is currently heading the Fundraising and Communications efforts in The PRIDE India.

Rajiv ViegasMonitoring and Evaluation Manager

Rajiv is a pro-active and well-presented professional with nearly 8 years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, data management, and data analysis. With a relentless drive to make a broad impact, Rajiv is committed to ensuring that all project activities are coordinated and managed effectively, while providing clear guidance and leadership to the team. Throughout his career, Rajiv has built a reputation as a determined and talented individual who takes charge and responsibility for planning and executing challenging projects. He brings real-world experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and encouraging team enthusiasm.

Mr. Amit Dalal

Mr. Amit Dalal has obtained his MBA from the University of Massachusetts, USA. He is the Executive Director of Tata Investment Corporation Ltd. for a decade and a Director on the Board of various companies. He is also the Promoter of Amit Nalin Securities Pvt. Ltd. and has been the Managing Director of this firm before joining Tata’s.

Currently, he is also a Trustee of Tavescor Charitable Trust and Motigauri Charitable Trust.

Dr. V. V. KulkarniSenior Programme Manager

Dr. Virendra V. Kulkarni  completed his Doctorate in Agricultural Extension and joined PRIDE INDIA  soon after, as a Research Associate in 1991.

He worked closely with the Founder in the initial years and his strong keenness to work with community coupled with his expertise and leadership skills helped him scale upto a senior level in the organisation . Being a Senior Programme Manager at present, he is incharge of the Integrated Rural Developmental Programme at Mahad and is involved in close monitoring of the programmes and ensuring positive and impactful change in the community.

 

Mr. R.B. JoshiSenior Programme Manager

Having worked with PRIDE for over 23 years, Mr. Joshi has spearheaded many projects along with our Founder Mrs. Vipula Kadri. At present he heads the Health Programmes at Sastur including the SPARSH hospital and the Outreach Programmes and has been instrumental in strengthening the programme. His passion and dedication towards the organization is undoubtedly the driving force behind the success of the one of a kind healthcare model of PRIDE India- SPARSH Rural hospital.

Achyut Adatrao

Achyut joined as a Project Officer for the Outreach Programme in 2015. Prior to joining PRIDE, Achyut worked with organizations such as PSI (Population Services International), KSWA (Kherwadi Social Welfare Association). He has 11 years of experience in the sectors of public health, social marketing, HIV/AIDS, & livelihood . His love for the work he does and the dedication is reflected through the impact the programme has created in the community.

Mr. Vasant More Programme Manager – Sudhagad Pali

Vasant completed his Master of Social Work and soon after joined The PRIDE India in 1991. He holds rich experience as a Resource person and Trainer in the different areas of Early Childhood Care and Development, Child Rights, Education, Women Empowerment, Gram Panchayat and Disaster Risk Reduction in the geographical areas of Maharashtra and other states by GOs and NGOs. He had worked extensively on relief and Rehabilitation in the landslide affected areas of the Mahadev Block.

Manuel GeorgeMarketing and Communications Manager

With a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, Manuel is an expert at building brand recognition, increasing customer engagement and boosting sales. He has a deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, content creation, and public relations. Manuel is a skilled communicator who excels at crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences. He is passionate about building relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive growth and create impact. His creativity, attention to detail and ability to think outside the box have contributed to his success in delivering results. As the Marketing and Communications Manager for The PRIDE India, Manuel brings his expertise to lead a team and drive brand awareness, manage campaigns, and increase engagement with the organization’s mission.
